Digital Products

  • Activation codes

As digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally considered final after delivery.

Refund Eligibility

We may provide a refund, replacement key, or store credit in the following situations:

  • The product key is invalid and cannot be activated.
  • The product key has already been used before delivery.

  • The order was paid for but not delivered.
  • We are unable to provide a working replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The product was purchased without reviewing the product description.

Verification Process

To investigate activation issues, we may require:

  • Screenshot of the activation error.
  • Screenshot showing the installed software version.
  • Proof of installation.
  • Additional information requested by our support team.

Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent a refund.

Replacement Policy

Whenever possible, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing:

  • Technical assistance
  • Installation guidance
  • A replacement product key

If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–10 business days depending on the payment method used.
