As digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally considered final after delivery.
Refund Eligibility

- The product key has already been used before delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Verification Process
To investigate activation issues, we may require:
- Screenshot of the activation error.
- Screenshot showing the installed software version.
- Proof of installation.
- Additional information requested by our support team.
Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent a refund.
Replacement Policy
Whenever possible, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing:
- Technical assistance
- Installation guidance
- A replacement product key
If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–10 business days depending on the payment method used.
