Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC 2024 is Microsoft’s Long‑Term Servicing Channel edition based on the Windows 11 24H2 release—designed for mission-critical and single-purpose devices such as industrial systems, kiosks, and workstations in regulated sectors. It combines a modern Windows 11 user interface (rounded corners, Fluent Design) with a streamlined footprint (no Store, Cortana, or consumer apps), and delivers only quality and security updates—no feature upgrades—over a fixed 5‑year servicing lifecycle.
This edition offers enhanced deployment flexibility, advanced threat protection, and full enterprise-grade device and app management tools, making it ideal for environments that demand stability, security, and minimal maintenance overhead.

🧠 Important Notes
-
All 24H2-based releases—including LTSC—require CPU support for SSE4.2 and POPCNT; systems without these instructions (e.g. some older Core 2 CPUs) will not boot even under IoT LTSC.
-
TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, and UEFI remain mandatory on non‑IoT Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC if you choose the traditional (non‑IoT) Enterprise LTSC SKU.
-
This edition (24H2 LTSC) is the only released LTSC build to date—there was no 23H2 LTSC version.
